<p align="left"><font size="2" face="Verdana">         Since the ionization pins are directed to the strings, <font color="#ff0000">H&amp;O  Antistatic bars</font> should be positioned under the out of the warping. Thus,  the bars neutralize the static charges on the strings and solve the problems  created by the static. Also, antistatic bars can be put at the out of the combs  for the neutralization of the combing area.</font></p>
